I’m a board-certified family medicine physician with over a decade of experience caring for patients of all ages, but my true passion lies in supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the often confusing world of health and sexual wellness.

Over the years, I’ve seen how hard it can be to find trustworthy, down-to-earth information about topics like birth control, STDs, and how your body really works. Whether it’s misinformation online or just not knowing what questions to ask, so many young people are left feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure about their health.
